Welcome to Module 4: Stakeholder Management
In the last two self-led modules, we explored the tools to support you with influencing as a DE&I changemaker. We introduced you to the ‘Head, Heart, Hand’ model as a communication tool and explored the power of Your Brand and the role it plays in how you present yourself and how others perceive you.
In this self-led module, ‘Stakeholder Management’, we will continue to build on these influencing tools. You will be provided with the space to reflect on your current approach to engaging with stakeholders within the business and how you could strengthen this. You will also be provided with a practical tool for stakeholder mapping to support you with identifying where to prioritise your efforts for stakeholder engagement that will maximise impact.
