Welcome to Module 5: Your Role as a Trusted Advisor

To build on the last self-led module on Stakeholder Engagement, you will now explore your role as a Trusted Advisor in making DE&I change.

You will explore what being a trusted advisor entails and what that means for you and for the senior stakeholders that you influence. You will also be provided with tools to support you with building trust.

Why this matters:

What will set you apart as a DE&I changemaker is that you are not purely reactive or an ‘order taker’ – you are a trusted advisor. Culture and DE&I work can involve contentious issues – being trusted as a source of support for leaders will enable you to influence with maximum impact.

Please bring your reflections from this module to the next webinar.
