Welcome to Module 8: Action plan

As you approach the end of the Leading Inclusive Change Leadership Programme, this is an opportune moment to reflect on your learnings and start creating your action plan.

This will enable you to embed and transfer your learning into your day-to-day role, to leverage your insights from this programme and equip you and your organisation to benefit from these.

Module Objectives:

By the end of this self-led module, you will understand: 

  • Support you with reflecting on your learnings from the Leading Inclusive Change Programme

  • Introduce you to the KASH model to support you with action planning

  • Enable you to create your own action plan to embed and transfer your learnings into your role and your organisation
